Well, one way to find out if you’re a good fit with a Realtor is meet them for a buyers consult. Can’t meet in person? No problem! You can easily talk on the phone or have a zoom meeting. But do SOMETHING as this is important. You need to see if you’re a good fit, you also need to see what their commission fees are, you need to see if they can offer you the service you want. Ask your potential Realtor questions! Is this their full time career? What services do they offer? Ask them whatever you want, get to know them and their practice.
As a home buyer you’ll be working closely with your real estate agent in finding the right home for you and your needs. And once you find that house that brings stars to your eyes, you’ll be working closely with them on creating the right offer. You’ll need to feel comfortable with your buyers agent and confindent in their services.
