Are your walls white? Do you have loud colored painted walls? Wall papered walls? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you should READ THIS and then DO THIS.
You want buyers to walk into your home and say, Yes, I can see myself living here!” not, “Awww, my grandma had the same wallpaper!”
And same for your pintrested-out kids room painted in bold wild colors and designs, while it does look fab, it doesn’t appeal to all buyers.
Finally, you want buyers to walk in and feel warm and welcomed, not cold and sterile with plain white walls. Note: Cannot put photo up of white walls, you won’t be able to tell anyway!
Your main goal is to appeal to a broad range of buyers – this will get you the most amount of money in the least amount of time. When selling your home, it can pay off (literally) if you have freshly painted walls.
