Here are a few tips that you’re going to need in order to purchase your new beautiful home. 

1. Get Pre-Approved for a Home Loan

Speak with a trusted lender or banker and get pre-approved. You need to know how much you can afford, and how much you want to afford. Two very different numbers. A lender will help you decide what type of loan is best for you and your budget and get your payments where they need to be. You don’t want to be looking a potential dream houses only to find out it’s above your price range. 2. Answer the Big Questions

Take the time to really think about the big questions: What’s your time frame for moving? Will you have to break your lease? Do you need to sell your current home in order to purchase your new one? Where do you want to live? How many beds? Baths? Does your garage need to be attached? Are school districts important to you?

3. Find a Buyer’s Agent

Find a buyer’s agent. There’s really no reason not to. Buyer agents work for YOU and are FREE. It is their job to look after you and make the home buying as smooth as possible. Read more here,  as to why a buyer’s agent is the right choice. 

4. Look at Homes Online

Look online. It’s okay to begin your home search online.  More than 80% of people use the internet to search for homes. Just make sure to ask all your questions, to your buyer’s agent. They’ll get you answers fast.
