A lot of buyers get excited to do their own home diy projects and renovations, and I’m for it! I think it’s wonderful to invest your time and efforts into your home more “you.” Home projects can be fun and exciting, until you begin looking up prices and shopping around and really seeing just how far your hard earned dollar will stretch — or not stretch. That’s why I love to tell my buyers about ReStore!

Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore sells new and used building materials at a big discount. And by discount, I’m talking about 50% or more. What exactly do they sell? Good question! At any given day, you can find new and gently used furniture, appliances, cabinets, windows, doors, lighting, flooring, hardware… You kinda have to go there to see for yourself, as the inventory constantly changes. 

Did you know that you can also donate to them as well? Are you removing laminate flooring and putting in hardwood? Why not donate your old flooring? Are you updating your light fixtures? Donate your old fixtures to the ReStore! You get the idea…

All the merchandise at ReStore are from donations. From people like YOU.  And the proceeds from these donations help Habitat for Humanity build homes for families in the Green Bay and Brown County area. How cool is that?
